Burgos factory is one of the 3 international centers which operate the production of “L’Oréal Professionals” products for the group. Burgos factory, in Spain, has publicly commited to reach a neutral carbon balance by 2012 thanks to energy consumption optimization and the use of green technologies such as solar panels, biofuels and geothermal energy
The deployment of Dapesco’s solution was achieved at the end of 2013.
The monitoring is still running
Implementation of remote meter reading infrastructure to allow for the collection of consumption data and to send it to information system servers. Specific parameterization of the solution to analyze consumption following the professional ratios of the Customer.
Dapesco provides the follow-up of energy and fluids consumption for 20 meters in the production department. The energy data’s are collected and transmitted in real time to the EMIS software, which allow among others for:
- The implementation of a sustainable development policy, part of the 2011-2015 setting-up project.
- The detection of consumption anomalies and identification of action plans allowing for sustainable reduction of consumption
The publication of a specific report on professional indicators and linked to the factory’s production
